How to enroll
To qualify, you need to be a bona fide member of our organization. In the top navigation above, you’ll see links to the programs available to you. All details can be found by clicking on the link including descriptions of the components, links for more information, videos, and other resources to assist you in making your enrollment decision.

To begin the enrollment process make sure you’re on the program detail page (e.g. “SALA HP” linked above). You will then click on the “Enroll Now” link on the top right of the program information page. You’ll be asked to provide your name, email address, and phone number so that we can verify your membership status. Once you’ve entered this information you’ll be provided with the links and additional steps to complete your enrollment.

Note: To get started, the “Enroll Now” link for each available program will be visible in the navigation bar on the page describing that program’s components.

How to get help
Your first level of support is provided by each of the SALA partners. You’ll find information on how to reach each of these groups in the materials you’ll receive after enrollment. But in addition to the support options from the partners, The SALA Healthcare Program maintains a 24×7 help center.

Please contact SALA for account updates such as changes to your address, phone numbers, email address, bank account changes, billing inquiries, cancellations, etc.. They’ll be happy to assist you with your questions.
