Strategies to improve personal and employee well-being will be explored at a half-day program hosted by the Leatherstocking Education Addiction Foundation (LEAF) Council and the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce on May 17 at the Sidney Memorial Public Library.

This workshop will orient participants to things they can do to address stressors and for their own well-being and the interaction of personal well-being, workplace development, and community health.

Dr. Joel Bennett, CEO of Organizational Wellness & Learning Systems (OWLS), a small business focused on helping businesses understand, improve, and maintain the positive feedback system between worker health and total organizational health, will be the featured speaker at the event.

Dawn J. Lanouette, Esq., of Hinman Howard and Kattell, LLP, will also present “Labor and Employment Update: Substance Use and Recovery in the Workplace”.
